sx999 Terms & Conditions — The Complete User Agreement

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout this document:

• "sx999," "we," "us," "our," or "the Platform" refers to sx999 and its operators, the internationally licensed gaming entity operating the website at sx999.org and all associated digital properties.
• "Player," "you," "your," or "User" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses any service offered by sx999, whether or not a financial transaction has taken place.
• "Account" means the individual registered user account created by a Player on the sx999 platform, through which the Player accesses gaming services and manages their PKR wallet balance.
• "Services" means all products, games, betting markets, financial tools, support channels, and features available to registered Players on the sx999 platform, including but not limited to live casino, slots, sports betting, crash games, and virtual sports.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free spin allocation, cashback amount, reload offer, or loyalty reward credited to a Player's account by sx999 under applicable promotional terms.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total real-money wagering value a Player must achieve before any bonus-derived winnings may be converted to withdrawable funds.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer, the identity and age verification procedures sx999 applies to all accounts before permitting real-money financial activity.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the sole currency in which sx999 account balances are denominated and all financial transactions are processed.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory from which access to, or use of, the sx999 platform is prohibited under applicable local or international law.

By accessing the sx999 website, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or using any feature of the sx999 platform in any capacity, you confirm unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, together with the sx999 Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the platform.

Acceptance is deemed to occur at the earliest of the following events: (a) completion of the account registration form on sx999; (b) first login to the platform following registration; (c) placement of any wager or bet on the platform; or (d) any deposit of funds into your sx999 account.

If you are accessing sx999 on behalf of another person or entity, you represent and warrant that you have the legal authority to bind that person or entity to these Terms. In the absence of such authority, you may not use the sx999 platform.

3.1 Minimum Age. Access to and use of sx999 Services is strictly limited to individuals who have attained a minimum age of 21 years as of the date of account registration. This requirement is absolute and non-negotiable. sx999 does not knowingly permit access to individuals below this age threshold under any circumstances.

3.2 Mandatory Age Verification. All Players are required to submit valid government-issued identification confirming their date of birth — specifically, a valid Pakistani Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC) — before any real-money deposit, withdrawal, or wager may be processed. sx999 reserves the right to request this documentation at any point in the account lifecycle.

3.3 Consequences of Underage Access. Any account found to be operated by or on behalf of a person under 21 years of age will be immediately and permanently suspended. All funds within such an account will be forfeited. If real-money activity was conducted during the period of underage access, sx999 will pursue all available legal remedies and report the matter to relevant authorities where required by applicable law.

3.4 Parental Responsibility. sx999 strongly encourages parents and guardians to install and maintain reputable parental control software on all devices accessible to minors. Such software helps prevent access to sx999 and similar platforms. Responsibility for the implementation of parental controls rests with the parent or guardian.

3.5 Additional Eligibility Requirements. Players must: (a) be a natural person and not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity; (b) not be a current or former employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an sx999 employee; (c) not be a resident of a Prohibited Jurisdiction; and (d) not be subject to any court order or legal restriction preventing participation in gaming activities.

4.1 Single Account Policy. Each Player may register and maintain one (1) Account on the sx999 platform. The existence of multiple accounts attributable to the same individual — whether identified by CNIC, email address, mobile number, device fingerprint, payment method, IP address, or residential address — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. All duplicate accounts will be closed and balances forfeited.

4.2 Accuracy of Registration Information. Players must provide accurate, complete, and current information at the time of registration, including full legal name as it appears on their CNIC, a valid Pakistani mobile number, and a valid email address. Providing false or misleading registration information is grounds for immediate account closure.

4.3 Account Credentials. Players are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account login credentials. sx999 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact sx999 support via live chat immediately so that your account may be secured.

4.4 Account Security. sx999 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. Players are responsible for all activity conducted through their account regardless of whether that activity was authorized by them, until such time as sx999 is notified of unauthorized access and appropriate security measures are applied.

5.1 Verification Obligation. sx999 is obligated by its international gaming license to conduct KYC verification on all accounts. This obligation is not discretionary. Failure to complete KYC verification within the time period specified in any sx999 request will result in suspension of withdrawal functionality and, eventually, account closure at sx999's discretion.

5.2 Documents Required. sx999 may request the following documentation from any Player at any time:

• Valid CNIC (both sides, clearly legible)
• Recent utility bill or bank statement issued within the prior 3 months confirming residential address
• A clear selfie photograph alongside the submitted CNIC
• Documentary evidence of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., screenshot of JazzCash account registered in the Player's name)
• Any additional documentation requested by the sx999 compliance team

5.3 Processing Timeline. sx999 will process submitted KYC documentation within 2 to 4 business hours during standard operating hours. During periods of high submission volume, processing may take up to 24 hours. Players will be notified via their registered email address upon verification completion or if additional documents are required.

5.4 Anti-Money Laundering. sx999 operates in full compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. All financial transactions are monitored. Suspicious transaction patterns will be reported to relevant authorities as required. Players must not use sx999 for the purpose of transferring, concealing, or laundering proceeds of any unlawful activity.

6.1 Accepted Payment Methods. sx999 accepts deposits via the following methods currently available to Pakistani players: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL (Habib Bank Limited), UBL (United Bank Limited), Meezan Bank, and Visa/Mastercard where available. Available payment methods are displayed in the Cashier section of your sx999 account and may change without prior notice.

6.2 Deposit Limits. The minimum deposit amount at sx999 is Rs50 (Pakistani Rupees). There is no fixed maximum deposit limit for standard accounts. VIP account holders may be offered elevated deposit facilities. Daily deposit limits may be set voluntarily by Players through the Responsible Gaming section of their account.

6.3 Deposit Processing. Deposits via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically credited to a Player's sx999 account within 3 to 5 minutes of successful payment authorization. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 2 hours depending on the originating bank's processing schedule. sx999 does not charge deposit fees; however, the Player's financial institution or mobile wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees.

6.4 Own Payment Methods. Players may only deposit using payment methods registered in their own name and linked to their verified CNIC. Deposits using payment methods belonging to third parties are strictly prohibited. Any such deposit identified will result in immediate reversal and account suspension pending investigation.

6.5 Deposit Currency. All deposits on sx999 are received and credited in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). sx999 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. Any international transaction will be processed at prevailing exchange rates and may incur conversion fees applied by the Player's financial institution, over which sx999 has no control.

7.1 Minimum Withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs500 (Pakistani Rupees). Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed and will be returned to the Player's account balance without deduction.

7.2 Processing Times. Standard withdrawal processing timelines at sx999 are as follows: JazzCash and EasyPaisa — within 4 hours of approval; HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank transfers — within 24 hours of approval. Processing times are measured from the moment a withdrawal request is approved by the sx999 payments team, not from the moment of submission.

7.3 Withdrawal to Verified Payment Method. Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method that has been verified as belonging to the account holder. The name on the receiving account must match the name on the Player's verified CNIC exactly. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted under any circumstances.

7.4 KYC as a Withdrawal Prerequisite. sx999 reserves the right to withhold processing of any withdrawal request until KYC verification for the requesting account is completed to the satisfaction of the sx999 compliance team. Funds will not be released until the Player's identity is confirmed and any outstanding documentation requests are fulfilled.

7.5 Withdrawal Limits. Standard accounts at sx999 are subject to a daily withdrawal limit of Rs5,00,000 (five lakh Pakistani Rupees). VIP account holders are subject to negotiated limits agreed with their dedicated account manager. Limits are applied per calendar day (midnight to midnight, Pakistan Standard Time).

8.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, promotional offers, free spin allocations, cashback credits, reload bonuses, and loyalty rewards offered by sx999 are subject to applicable bonus-specific Terms published alongside each offer on the sx999 Promotions page, as well as these general bonus Terms. Where bonus-specific Terms conflict with these general Terms, the bonus-specific Terms prevail in respect of that promotion only.

8.2 Wagering Requirements. All cash bonuses credited by sx999 are subject to wagering requirements before any winnings derived from bonus funds become withdrawable. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount (e.g., 30x means the bonus amount must be wagered thirty times). Specific requirements are published on each individual promotion page. Players are responsible for reviewing these requirements before claiming any bonus.

8.3 Welcome Bonus Eligibility. The sx999 Welcome Bonus is available to new players only, on their first deposit following account registration and KYC verification. One Welcome Bonus is available per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method. Existing players who close and re-register an account are not eligible for the Welcome Bonus on the new account.

8.4 Bonus Abuse. sx999 reserves the right to void any bonus, cancel any associated winnings, and permanently close an account where the Platform reasonably determines that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: registration of duplicate accounts to claim multiple Welcome Bonuses; exploitation of promotion terms through low-risk, near-certain wagering strategies designed to extract bonus value without genuine gaming intent; use of automated tools to claim bonuses; and coordinated bonus farming across multiple accounts.

8.5 Bonus Expiry. Unless otherwise stated in promotion-specific Terms, unclaimed bonus funds and free spins expire 30 days after the date of credit to a Player's account. Expired bonuses and associated winnings are forfeited automatically. sx999 is under no obligation to reinstate expired bonus credits.

9.1 Game Availability. sx999 makes reasonable efforts to ensure continuous availability of all listed games. However, games may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, software updates, provider-side issues, or regulatory requirements. sx999 does not guarantee uninterrupted game availability and shall not be liable for any losses arising from game downtime.

9.2 Game Results. All casino game outcomes on the sx999 platform are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software operated and independently audited by third-party testing laboratories. sx999 does not manipulate game outcomes. Published RTP figures are independently verified. In the event of a discrepancy between a displayed result and the RNG server record, the server record will be treated as definitive.

9.3 Minimum and Maximum Stakes. Each game on the sx999 platform has published minimum and maximum stake limits displayed within the game interface before play commences. Players are responsible for reviewing these limits prior to placing any wager. Bets placed in violation of published stake limits may be voided.

9.4 Malfunction Policy. In the event of a game malfunction, system error, or server-side technical failure during a gaming session, sx999 reserves the right to void affected bets and return the staked amount to the Player's account balance. sx999 will not honor winnings generated as a result of a demonstrable technical malfunction, regardless of the displayed game outcome.

9.5 Maximum Win Caps. Certain games on the sx999 platform are subject to maximum win caps — limits on the maximum amount that may be won in a single game session or series of connected sessions. These caps are disclosed in individual game descriptions and within the game interface. Winnings in excess of applicable caps will not be paid.

10.1 Bet Acceptance. All bets placed on the sx999 sportsbook are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation. Odds are subject to change prior to bet confirmation. Once confirmed, a bet is binding on both the Player and sx999 at the locked odds shown in the confirmation screen.

10.2 Cricket and PSL Markets. sx999 offers extensive betting markets on Pakistan national cricket team fixtures, Pakistan Super League (PSL) matches, and major international cricket tournaments. Ball-by-ball in-play markets are available on selected matches. In-play market availability is subject to technology constraints and match conditions and may be suspended at any time without prior notice.

10.3 Void Bets. Bets may be declared void and stakes returned in circumstances including but not limited to: match cancellation or abandonment; events determined not to have taken place; technical errors in odds publication; obvious pricing errors; and settlement of markets where the outcome has been determined to be corrupted by match-fixing or spot-fixing activities.

10.4 Maximum Payout. The maximum single-bet payout on any sports betting market at sx999 is Rs50,00,000 (fifty lakh Pakistani Rupees). Winnings exceeding this threshold from a single bet or accumulator will be capped at Rs50,00,000 irrespective of the calculated return. sx999 reserves the right to apply lower limits to specific markets or events as disclosed in market-specific betting rules.

10.5 Integrity Policy. sx999 takes sports integrity extremely seriously. Any bet identified as potentially connected to match-fixing, insider information, or coordinated irregularity will be withheld from settlement pending review. sx999 cooperates with relevant sports integrity bodies and may report suspicious betting patterns to appropriate authorities.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the sx999 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all account balances, and may result in legal action where applicable:

• Fraudulent activity: Providing false identity documents, impersonating another person, unauthorized use of another person's payment method, or any form of identity fraud.
• Multiple account abuse: Registration and operation of more than one account for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses or circumventing account restrictions.
• Use of automated tools: Deployment of bots, scripts, scrapers, artificial intelligence tools, or any other automated system to interact with the sx999 platform for the purpose of wagering, data extraction, or any other function not available to a human Player using a standard browser.
• Collusion: Cooperation with other Players in live dealer or RNG card games for the purpose of gaining an unfair advantage, including but not limited to chip dumping in poker-style games.
• Arbitrage and abuse of obvious errors: Systematic exploitation of pricing errors, bonus offer flaws, or other identified platform errors that result in guaranteed positive returns regardless of outcome.
• Money laundering: Use of the sx999 platform to deposit, wager, and withdraw funds derived from unlawful activity, or for any other purpose connected with money laundering or terrorist financing.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback, payment reversal, or dispute with a payment provider in bad faith while retaining winnings generated from the disputed funds.

12.1 Commitment to Player Welfare. sx999 is committed to the welfare of its Player community and recognizes that gambling can become harmful to a minority of individuals. The platform provides a comprehensive suite of responsible gaming tools that are accessible to all Players at all times through the account dashboard, without requiring contact with customer support.

12.2 Available Tools. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all sx999 Players:

• Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits (effective immediately upon setting; increases subject to 24-hour reflection period)
• Session time limits and reminders
• Loss limits — daily and weekly net loss caps
• Reality check notifications — periodic on-screen session summaries
• Cooling-off periods — temporary self-exclusion from 24 hours to 30 days
• Permanent self-exclusion — irrevocable account closure, effective immediately

12.3 Self-Exclusion. A Player who self-excludes from the sx999 platform will have their account closed and all marketing communications ceased immediately. During a self-exclusion period, the Player is prohibited from opening a new sx999 account. sx999 will take reasonable technical steps to prevent a self-excluded Player from accessing the platform during their exclusion period. 12.4 Player Identification. sx999 trains its support team to identify signs of problem gambling and will proactively reach out to Players displaying behavioral patterns associated with problematic play. Players who receive such communications are encouraged to engage with them honestly.

All content on the sx999 platform — including but not limited to the sx999 brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, promotional materials, text, images, data feeds, and software code — is the property of sx999 or its licensed suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the sx999 platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, publicly displayed, or commercially exploited without the express written consent of sx999.

14.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, sx999 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, arising out of or in connection with the use of the sx999 platform, whether based in contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or any other legal theory, even if sx999 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

14.2 sx999's total aggregate liability to any Player arising from any claim connected to use of the platform, bonuses, game outcomes, technical failures, or payment processing shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the relevant claim.

14.3 Nothing in these Terms limits sx999's liability for death or personal injury caused by its gross negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

14.4 Gambling involves inherent risk. sx999 does not guarantee any particular outcome or return on any wager. Players participate in gaming activities entirely at their own risk. Financial losses incurred through gaming at sx999 are the responsibility of the Player and do not give rise to any claim against sx999.

The collection, storage, processing, and use of personal data provided to sx999 by Players is governed in full by the sx999 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy describes the types of personal data collected, the purposes for which it is used, the third parties with whom it may be shared, the security measures applied to protect it, and the rights available to Players in respect of their personal data. Players are encouraged to read the Privacy Policy carefully before registering an account.

16.1 sx999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, at its sole and absolute discretion, for any of the following reasons: breach of any provision of these Terms; provision of false or misleading information during registration or KYC; suspected fraudulent, abusive, or collusive activity; failure to complete KYC verification within the required period; reasonable suspicion of money laundering or terrorist financing; receipt of a court order or regulatory direction; or any other conduct that sx999 reasonably determines to be harmful to the integrity of the platform or other Players.

16.2 In the event of account closure for cause (breach of Terms, fraud, or prohibited activity), sx999 reserves the right to forfeit any remaining account balance, including verified winnings. This right will be exercised proportionately to the severity and nature of the conduct concerned.

16.3 Players who wish to close their account voluntarily may do so by contacting sx999 live chat support. Upon voluntary closure, any withdrawable balance will be returned to the Player's verified payment method within 5 business days, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

sx999 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to regulatory changes, product updates, changes in payment processing arrangements, and evolving responsible gaming best practice. Material amendments will be announced on the sx999 platform and communicated to registered Players via their registered email addresses at least 14 calendar days before the changes take effect. Non-material changes (such as typographical corrections or clarifications that do not alter the substance of any provision) may be made immediately without prior notice. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this document.

18.1 Governing Law. These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which sx999 holds its international gaming license.

18.2 Informal Resolution. In the event of any dispute between a Player and sx999, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting sx999 customer support via live chat or the registered support email. sx999 will endeavour to resolve all complaints within 5 business days of receipt of a formal written complaint.

18.3 Formal Dispute Process. If an informal resolution is not achieved within 21 days of a complaint being submitted, either party may escalate the matter to the formal dispute resolution process specified under sx999's gaming license. Details of the applicable dispute resolution mechanism are available from sx999 customer support on request.

18.4 Limitation Period. Any legal claim or cause of action arising out of or related to the use of the sx999 platform or these Terms must be brought within twelve (12) months of the date on which the claim accrued. Claims brought after this limitation period will be time-barred.
